breakfast scramble (recipe) with swiss chard sauteed in garlic oil. i omitted the broccoli from the scramble.
i absolutely love chard! it is very simple to cook.
ingredients:
2-3 tsp oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large bunch chard, washed and roughly chopped
1. lightly and evenly coat the skillet in oil.
2. place garlic in oil and cook over low heat for 3 minutes
3. add chard and cook until just wilted.
